Check In and Check Out Procedures
Check In Time: 4:00 PM Check Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Our office/lobby is open from 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM daily. We are open year round.
- We do NOT have a 24 hour office. Guests must check in by 8:00 PM, or contact us directly, in advance, to gather after hour check in instructions.
- We do not offer early check ins or late check outs.
- We do offer a "Contact-Less Check In" option for guests who wish for minimal interaction during their stay. This is the fastest way to check in at our property. Please reach out to us if you wish to use this check in option.
Motel Policies
Cancellation Policy
- We require 24 hours' notice to cancel a reservation without any fees or charges.
- If we are NOT provided 24 hours' notice to cancel, guests will be charged the full rate of the room with tax for the 1st night's stay. The remainder of the stay will be cancelled free of charge.
- Cancellations may be done by email, phone, or through our online booking.

Non Smoking Policy
- All of our motel rooms, ice room, and lobby, are non smoking.
- If any evidence of smoking is found in our rooms, we reserve the right to charge up to a $300.00 fine with the credit card provided during the reservation process.
- Smoking includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vape pens.
- Smoking in doorways of rooms or by windows is not permitted.
- Guests may smoke 20 feet from any doorways or windows on the property.
- We have a common area outside available for guests who wish to smoke during their stay.
- More information can be provided by any staff member upon check in, on where smoking is allowed and prohibited.
Motel Policies
Housekeeping Services
- We do offer room servicing from 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
- We, unfortunately, do NOT have 24 hour housekeeping services.
- Room servicing for guests is by request only.
- To request room servicing, guests may use our door tags that request servicing or contact our front desk or lobby personnel.
- If guests need any amenities during their stay, but do not wish for room service, front desk staff can easily assist with any replacement items during a guests stay.

Maximum Occupancy
- Exceeding maximum occupancy is not allowed in any of our rooms.
- If the size of your party changes at any time before your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Please include all adults and children in your count of guests.
- If guests do NOT declare extra occupants and are observed exceeding maximum occupancy, we reserve the right to ask guest to move to an appropriate size room for their party(if one is available).
- We also reserve the right to evict a guest at any time, from our property, if there is refusal to adhere to our maximum occupancy policy. No refunds are provided if evicted from our property.

On Site Management
- Murphey's Motel LLC does NOT have a 24 hour office.
- Office hours are 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM.
- Management, however, does reside on the property and is available in the event of an emergency after hours.
- In the event of any room maintenance issues or problems after the office closes, management is always accessible to assist guests. No matter the time.
- After hour contact information is provided to all guests during the check in process. Guests are provided an emergency phone number for assistance after office closes.

Form of Payment
- Murphey's Motel LLC takes full payment of the stay at check in. No deposits are requested in advance.
- We accept cash or VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
- Picture ID is requested upon check in and a valid credit card is required for any incidentals during guests stay.
- We do NOT accept personal or traveler's checks.

No Pets Allowed Policy
- Unfortunately, Murpheys' Motel LLC does not allow any pets.
- Only trained service dogs are welcome and must be declared when making a reservation.
- Any reservations made via online booking, phone, or email that arrive and declare a pet will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
- No exceptions will be made for guests who arrive with a pet.
- Any guests discovered with a pet, on our property, will be charged a $200 fine to the credit card provided at check in. Guest will be asked to leave immediately without any room refunds.
